The central "Via Appia" buffet restaurant offers comprehensive menus to cater for every need, with delicacies that tantalise the palate on a daily basis, and our VivoSano “healthy&tasty” line, prepared by our Healthy Chefs, for those who want to stay fit even on vacation. Breakfasts that have become a “cult”, lunches and dinners with Apulian, Italian and international cuisine, kids’ menus and a purpose baby feeding area equipped for mothers and their little ones for everyone to enjoy a perfect holiday. The "Dolce Vita" pool bar is ideal for tasting homemade ice cream, snacks and sip premium cocktails by the pool, whilst the "Scirocco" beach bar accompanies the days at the beach with light lunches, exquisite salads and gourmet sandwiches. Then for some extra fun, there are "live cooking sessions" and "specials of the day" prepared at the buffets, on the beach or in the pine wood. The Resort is not equipped to ensure special menus for specific needs. We are not authorized to prepare food for celiacs. For those guests with gluten intolerance it is possible to choose a variety of single portion ready dishes, which have been certified according to the most rigorous Gluten Free preparation techniques. Said dishes are available from breakfast to dinner. In addition, to avoid any risk of contamination, all products are served in the innovative "Bake Off" packaging, which can be directly placed into the oven.
